The Michelin Guide Singapore revealed its tenth edition on August 4, 2026, with the star selection announced at an invite-only ceremony held at Raffles Sentosa Singapore, the city's first all-villa resort. The event, which begins at 5 p.m. local time, brings together leading chefs, restaurateurs, and industry figures for the unveiling of the One, Two, and Three MICHELIN Star distinctions, alongside individual awards recognizing standout culinary talent in the city's dining scene.
Ahead of the ceremony, the guide released its Bib Gourmand selection, honoring 97 establishments for offering high-quality food at accessible prices, including 10 new additions. Seventeen establishments have appeared in every edition of the guide since its debut, reflecting sustained culinary consistency across a decade of coverage.
The Michelin Guide Singapore first launched in 2016, becoming the first market globally to host a public awards ceremony and gala dinner alongside a trade seminar. Since then, it has tracked the evolution of the city's food landscape, from the rise of homegrown culinary talent and the global recognition of Singapore's hawker culture to the continued arrival of acclaimed international chefs.
This year's milestone edition is expexcted to underscore Singapore's status as one of Asia's most dynamic dining destinations, with the full restaurant selection made available digitally across the Michelin Guide's website, mobile app, and social platforms on the same day as the ceremony.
